Coaching at The Field is one-on-one work across three domains: the personal patterns that organize how you act and decide, the interpersonal terrain of relationships and leadership, and the practice of returning to immediacy as a living stream of experience rather than a destination. I engage with clients as adults responsible for working with the full range of our experiencing and for the choices we make in our behavior moment to moment. My job is to be a location of awareness, reflecting back what seems most accurate. Together we investigate out-of-date strategies of self-care and identification with the patterns that hold them in place. Most of what comes up is ordinary — work, relationships, the places you avoid. The job is to build capacity in those places, not to optimize around them.
